What will we manage this time?

I think we will lose at least 3-1 but then I always seem to think that lately.
I didn't mind when we used to battle relegation. It was exciting. We didn't look very good, but man we fought for every point and always had someone who could stick the ball in the net.
But now...it's just all so slow and boring. I don't even pay attention to the tv. It's just like background noise to doze to. Sleepwalking into relegation. I wouldn't mind so much if it worked, but it doesn't. Or maybe I would. Puel's system worked and I could still barely watch it without falling asleep.
I look forward to being proven wrong - about tonight and about relegation - but I doubt I will be.
I do think Shane Long will score though. I feel it in my water. Ever the optimist, me.

going to be a difficult train trip to Watford courtesy of Network Rail. It will be a defeat softened by cider.
A long difficult season to come in the bottom three.

That's the score I put in the prediction league. More in hope than conviction, it must be said.

With both teams sat at the bottom of the form table a bore draw seems the most likely outcome.
I hope it's a must win game for Pellegrino but I'm sure that's just pie in the sky, isn't it?

Lose today and it will be the end of the manager, Win today and we will sign someone within 48 hours
So I’m going for a draw and nothing will happen until it’s too late.

As we need the points I hope we win, regardless of Pellegrino's position. I don't think the club are going to sack him and we've been saying 'if we lose this game he must go' (and some people openly wishing for defeats to hasten his departure) since November, yet nothing has happened. We may as well get behind the team - in spirit as well as in person - and hope to get enough points to keep us up, as it seems we're stuck with this clown.

Judging by that telegraph article, anything other than a convincing win could well see him get the chop. My feelingometer has served my quite well this season as long as I don’t vocalise it to people, it is telling me we will lose this one. Here’s to hoping that 100% miss rate when I tell people will continue. The major positive if we win well is a certain thundertwunt will go missing after seeing his beloved Silva continue to prove him wrong.

Fingers crossed, if we lose (which feels inevitable) then it really is the last match MP takes charge of.

Odd team. I may head over to Saintsweb to enjoy the meltdown.
