The report for the Liverpool match from THE BEAST is up on the IBO website now. I have added a little bit about the team selection and I think that it is probably worth doing a very short section on that in future match reports. Like The Beast, I left the match feeling quite upbeat, in spite of the fact that we had just lost. There were so many little factors to encourage, from Maya Yoshida adding a bit of stability to the defence and Djenepo having a really tantalising few minutes on the pitch. A draw would not have flattered that performance. The only thing that I will pick up on is Mané's post goal celebration, which I saw today that he had almost apologised for and said how much he had enjoyed his time at Southampton. As always, Chamberlain conducted himself with dignity and was applauded by the home fans as he left the pitch, having been substituted. van Dijk was imperious on the pitch, as always and didn't get involved in the post match celebrations. So, what with Lovren's head now being in Rome, the only unrepentant arse at Liverpool is Llalana and thankfully we did not have to witness that little jerk on the pitch. Now the team need to get something from the trip to Brighton.

channonite there is a typo in that, I think it says "wouldn't" where it should say something else towards the end of the article talking about Moussa.

Cheers THE BEAST; reports gratefully received now I don't even get the sky highlights.
