I have had my email this morning, with the BT Sport pass and instructions how to use it.

Has anybody worked out what you have to enter to use the BT app. It is asking for BT ID and password, yet the club have just sent a single string of letters and numbers. Basically, what goes where? Or is it a case of waiting until nearer the KO time? It's all as clear as mud and hardly endears me to BT EDIT - IMPORTANT!I have just discovered that there is an additional step that they haven't told us. You have to go to matchpass.bt.com/, select the specific fixture the code has been sent for, enter name/e-mail/address/code, then will be apparently be sent an e-mail, virtually straight away in my case, with a username/password that will allow access to the match only (no other programs or channels) via BT website or apps.

I never got the code, quite a lot of people didn't, I got some bullshit advertising Dominos pizza! What is going on?

Turnout that a lot of people accidentally cancelled their acceptance of emails from the club. You can't selectively accept one type and not another. Every time you respond to any email from the club you have to positively accept those emails. Mine came through, just like the Sky Sports passes, but then I haven't responded to any other emails meantime.

Maybe I did…? fecking hell! That's disorganised and rubbish. Oh well, with Vestergaard in the defence maybe I don't want to watch?

Because they cocked up my login password, I had to email them for a new one. Apparently that also completely cancels your emails! I have reset it but I'm not going to see tonight's game anyway now, they really are a bloody shower!
