I don’t have a Smart TV (don’t judge me but I bought a 3D one about 11 years ago back when I thought 3D TVs were going to be the next big thing and the fucker is still going strong so Mrs Y won’t let me buy a new one) so I get FA Player up on my iPad and then hook it up to my dumb TV with an Apple cable that cost me nearly as much as the iPad. I’m not saying this is the perfect solution but it works for me and I don’t have to log in on the TV every time.
When I was young I used to think I’d always be able to keep up with technology but some woman at work borrowed my work phone (which, incidentally, is the iPhone 12, which the French have found irregularities with from a radiation POV, so that’s encouraging) to record a video with and then she wanted it transferred back to her phone so she Airdropped it but first she had to find the right setting to activate Airdrop and it blew my mind because I was just sitting there gormlessly holding out my phone.
Also, we’ve got a transgender person at work and she’s really got me questioning my sexuality because she’s so attractive. My colleague asked me to let our boss know when she turned up for an appointment and just told me that she had shoulder length brown hair and failed to mention the singularly most distinctive characteristic about this person, which is fair enough I guess, but a lot of women have got shoulder length brown hair and it didn’t help.
I guess what I’m saying is, I feel really old.
At least the Saints women’s team is riding high in the table.

I’ve also done something to my Apple ID, which means that I can’t share my family subscriptions with my actual family.
