Does a few weeks count as an older woman? Was that the time period or the age difference? Time period.. she was a ?15y older colleague & I was in my early 20s... she'd just found her husband in bed with another man and thought she'd get a bit on the side. The worst bit* was she gave me a Kenny G CD *not really, but the turning up at my folks house type stuff isn't as funny.

I've just finished Baby Reindeer. I'm not sure if I enjoyed it or endured it. But, crikey. I enjoyed-endured that as well. TBF some of it is quite funny - but not an easy watch. However probably quite brilliant. Jessica Gunning has got the awards sewn up this year. I reckon Jessica Gunning must have had fun filming that, getting paid to go to work and swear profusely all day.

STOP***PRES***STOP PRES***
The newspaper that regularly brings to you the headline AND NOW THEY DO THIS !!! Has now managed to contact 'Martha'.
She is not happy - “He's using Baby Reindeer to stalk me now,” the woman told The Daily Mail. “I'm the victim. He's written a bloody show about me.” and “Richard Gadd has got 'main character syndrome.’”
Apparently she has received harassment and death threats from Richard Gadd (the writer) fans and is now considering legal action against Richard Gadd and Netflix.
Of course not surprising that the Daily Mail thought only to get involved when potential cash benefits for themselves reared up. We shall see.

The Disney series dropout (on iPlayer) is very good. Has Stephen Fry in it.

Mrs ECS & I are enjoying Red Eye (ITV/player) final episode to watch tonight.
Warning though - DO NOT watch episodes 1&2 with your 76 year old mother who did 25yrs working with British Airways - FFS we had to pause literally every other minute for her to correct the writers/producers on absolutely every aspect of which plane was which, whether they had an upstairs or a downstairs, the routes they were flying, the actual protocol for incidents etc, etc, etc
And bloody etc!!
No word of a lie x2 45 minute episodes took us at least 3hrs to get through!!!

I did think that there hasn't been an upstairs to a passenger plane since the demise of the 747... If I was about to be sent back to China as I hadn't yet cleared air side, If I'd had been the bloke who tried to do a runner I have jumped off of something and injured my ankle, thus necessitating a hospital visit which would have meant the full extradition processes would have had to be followed. But that would have made for a dull series I guess...

This is speaking as someone who has been about (including Australia) but always ends up on the mid-range mid-size cattle-wagon from whatever airline. I would love to go upstairs. Chances are though that on an 'upstairs' plane I would end up in storage with the perishable goods.

Every commercial airliner has 2 floors, the cabin and the hold, the latter is accessible from the former - the beautiful A380 is the only one (I think) that has three floors - which wasn’t the one featured in Red Eye (which is an enjoyable watch) ✈️

Manhunt is getting to be pretty good fare. Also, I watched Dopesick (Disney) over a year ago and was reminded of it recently. It's about the Opioid epidemic in West Virginia and is really scary, showing the terrible life of the victims alongside the disgraceful, money-grabbing, arseholes at Purdue chemicals. And it's true.
