Morning. Brass monkeys out here. Cost centre #3 is off sick again so I have to juggle my schedule.

Morning
Office Thermometer is reading 12 Degrees FFS!!! Started reading 'The Burglar Diaries' by Danny King last night - I think I'm going to like this book.

Yes. Golly it's cold. I even wore my big coat today. The Thermals are playing at the moment, just what I need.

Morning
Always said Cameron was a coont and intervening on behalf of PFC proves I was right. Where was the useless bastard when Saints were up shit creek I ask.
Had a pleasant day yesterday. Did my visits and walked dogs before lunch. Then met some old friends at Medina Quay. Weather dictated I had the Welsh lamb stew although it occurred to me my lunch may have been penetrated by a Cardiff fan FFS.
In the afternoon I watched the Andrea Bocelli concert in Central Park. Spiritually uplifting stuff. The man has quite the most beautiful male voice I've ever heard. Not only that but he was supported by musical giants - New York Phil, Bryn Terfel, Tony Bennett and the lovely Celine - amongst others. I'd go as far as to say his encore "Nessun Dorma" was sung better than even Pavarotti used to do it. Well worth watching if you get the chance.
Watched Norwich fold at Sunderland last night. They were dangerously bad - diamond formation, no width - where have I heard that before I wonder?
Wrap up warm and have a lovely one!

Morning thumb squids,
It’s so cold here that my banana’s stiffened up. I hope Warnock doesn’t take the Leeds job. That would hurt.

Re Cameron and Poopey. Every time a footie team comes up against the wall the local MP raises the matter in the house at PMQs. I think it goes down well in the constituency by showing the MP cares. Cameron (or before him Brown and Blair) generally make some non-committal comment about the importance of a football club in the community and hope it will all turn out ok. Nothing in it. And anyway, I am sure HMRC have tried to talk to Pompey on many occasions and been given the cold shoulder.

Good morning to all,
Boy it is brass monkeys weather! -2 degrees according to car as I drove to Crawley this morning.
Off to Barcelona tomorrow for a stag weekend which includes watching Barcelona play Staurday night...can't wait!
The Birmingham Match updates will be texted out whlist I am away. Strangely confident about that game - no idea why!
Once BIG skinny latte consumed but I still haven't warmed up so I think another is needed.

There are proper, honest, but unlucky companies going to the wall every day; if the government can let them rot, there's no way they can turn round and say deliberate fraudsters like Pompey can be given a let-off; it'd put them so deep in the shite...

I think most would agree with that. I'm just trying to put some balance back into yesterday's exchange.
