Bloody stuff. There's not that much here, but it was a little scary getting up the hill outside my house, then the roads were fine. Hopefully that's this year's snow out of the way.
Footer tomorrow, looking forward to it, although I'm having to miss another of my daughter's netball tournaments, which is a shame.
Burnt Cross, Busy Signals and tea.

Quite a bit of snow here but it's melting already, roads are totally fine. Think it's supposed to warm up a bit this weekend so yeah, let's hope that's the last of flipping winter!

Morning
We don't have snow in Ryde but off to Sussex (by the Sea) later so may see some then.
New sofas didn't arrive till quarter to seven yesterday but I forgive them cos they are right comfy. The dogs are testing them now.
Seems like the Skates will be entering Admin (and the relegation zone) today. Another legacy of Pissflap's stunning management?
Shan't be actively online till Sunday although I may read your words of wisdom on my phone.
Massive game tomorrow. Come on you R&W machine!

Hail! Er, well snow actually. We had another inch of the shit last night, but thankfully the salt on the drive held out and I could get out this morning.
Not looking forward to driving down country if we get any more, though. Footer wilderness for me, I'm afraid for the next 2 games; dad's birthday tomorrow (he doesn't do, er, well anything interesting) and Valentines on Tue. Whose stupid idea was it to put arguably the most important match of the year on the day when a lot of people can't even listen to it, FFS??!
We had leftover chinese and watched the rest of Red Cliff last night; what a cracker. The final fight scene must go on for 1/2hr at least.
No, haven't seen that B3nny... the +box is quite full at the moment, so mustve decided to skip that as Masterchef is on - although this series is a bit on the skimpy side compared to previous ones... what's that all aboot?
Lots of coffee and shreddies here..

Morning all. Snow business like show business.
Is anyone else having problems with IBO and logging in? After I log in and then click on the Main Board link, it then logs me back out (or rather, lists me as logged in as 'Guest'). If I then click on a thread, sometimes it puts me in as Batts (in which case I can post on the thread) but on some threads I am in as 'Guest' again. Channers, any other reported issues like this?
I find it very frustrating because I really want to go on the Redknapp thread and post how I think he is absolutely the right man for the job and he's not a crook and I don't understand why Saints fans have got a problem with him, but I can't because it won't let me!

I think we've identified your problem, talking shite is for TUI, IBO just wont allow it

morning, snow...pah... its white but it's barely worthy of the name here.
Cold coming out just in time for annual leave, loads of work to do today to make sure that my next week of annual leave I can actually do no work in.
Burnley... its a must win... our slide to mid table obscurity starts here otherwise
Not looking forward to freezing watching the game though, let's hope it's considerably warmer?

Morning
Snow, bah!
Hope the sharp drop in temperature doesn't cause problems getting to the match tomorrow. We need every single person there backing the team.
Tea.

G'day
There's still some snow here - but a little sunshine so perhaps it will go away! The roads are clear and our little lane is almost back to normal - fortunately as the heating oil lorry turned up and we now have 2,500 litres of the stuff in our tank. But both boilers and aga need bleeding and lighting so we're waiting for the requisite people to turn up and get us back into the space age again - almost 48 hours without radiator warmth is no fun when you're used to a toasty environment.
It seemed like a good idea to go to the pictures last night - it was warmer there. We saw Descendants - Ms StB's choice, obviously, as it had George Clooney in it. I think that's the first time I've seen him in a movie - he looks like a school friend of mine's father (he was mad as a box of frogs - had a release form from the local head hospital so claimed he was the only person who could prove he was OK!). As for the film it was OK.... typical Hollywood schlock but they do it so well. Anyhoo, Ms StB really enjoyed it and I kept warm.
Are Skates entering the end game? It's a very interesting situation for a neutral - not so for their poor supporters.
Have a good day, y'all
