Bless them - they mean well, Pat. You can always rely on football fans for futile gestures and impractical solutions.

I like this bit:
Remember, they cannot break our spirit, Portsmouth Football Club will not die, because we will not let it die.
Think the author has watched Braveheart? By the way mate.. it might not be dead, but it stinks like it is, and if you had any heart you would put it out of its misery.

And this bit
"Add to these the Football League, Premier League and Football Association who have continually failed the club allowing the sacking of Portsmouth Football Club to go unchecked and then washing their hands of us afterwards."
All through that period, the fans were gloating over our demise and chanting "in our shadow" etc. Feck 'em. What did they do to stop it? Oh yes, they turned their backs at Blackpool. Too decking late.

Sounds like a plan.

What made me laugh was that their woes didn't even make top spot on the sports news this morning, they took 3rd place behind Rangers potential admin and a really tall bloke!

I know it's Pompey but it's never nice for clubs to be in this position. When I think how close we were to a world without Saints I don't think I would wish that on our worst enemies. And we still haven't got our revenge, it wouldn't do to let them have the last word. Mind you, perhaps they should just start again like AFC Wimbledon. They are so famously 'passionate' I'm sure they could put something together, without the crooks this time.

Everyone seemed more positive and honest, we knew why we were in the position, and all came together. Pompey have been constantly in denial, bitching and back biting about the whole thing and claiming everyone, while sticking to their misguided belief that they are a big club. Cant say the lack of class is surprising. They are showing what a messed up, small minded little club they are. They are vile, cheats and liars, and honestly while I don't want some of my best friends to lose their club, and I'm not a angry man, I do want there to be some justice.

What's the difference between Whitney Houston and Portsmouth FC?
Whitney didn't go down the plug hole.
