Yes, its insane how competitive the league is at the moment. Anyone can beat amyone. Galling to think what we could have done if we hadnt come off the rails so spectacularly when our unbeaten run ended.
For anyone feeling flutters of hope ... look at the self-inflicted deflated performance from 2-0 to 2-2 today. Look also at how many points we have dropped this season from winning positions. Let common sense prevail.

We play FOUR games now before Ipswich next play a league game. Make of that what you will lol. We also play twice before Leeds play again, so can be level on points with them potentially. All we can do is apply pressure. I'll call it that if we do win all our games, there will be a slip somewhere along the way from someone else that will allow us to take second. Preston, now is a better time to play them than when the fire broke out. Cardiff, I can exclusively reveal are dogshit at home. Seriously, no ideas about how to score goals. I will expand on this in the match preview thread once we are past the Preston game. Leicester, in the middle of a massive wobble. They will lose or draw again WBA and that will mean we can overtake them when we play them. Stoke, the easiest game we have left. Will will lose this game and it'll scupper us. Leeds, wouldn't it be great to shut them up on the last day though.

Preston, now is a better time to play them than when the fire broke out. Well it's less smokey now so we can see the goal but it may have affected them more as Bazunu never saves anything even on a clear day?

Stole this from Twitter;
This could be the scenario at the top of the Championship on the final day (if we win next 4, including at Leicester, and presuming other teams win their other games):
Ipswich: 95 points Leicester: 94 points Leeds: 93 points Saints: 93 points
We play Leeds, every team could still win the title. It could be carnage.
Gulp!!

The odds on this being the table must be about 1 in 100.

Bookies will give you a lot better than 100-1.

Even if we don't go up and we lose some top players, we will still have a team that can do well at this level. I don't know what any of the contract situations are but I think we'll probably keep Baz, Bree, Stephens, Manning, Arma, Edozie, Charles, Larios, Stewart, Smallbone We might keep Bednarek, Aribo, Che (will a prem club want him?), Fraser (he may want the change in any case to be back down south) Then we have the kids : Amo Amas, Dibbling, Bollard, (I don't know the others). + one or two we will buy or loan. We should be competitive with that lot. The only one of the other 3 top 2 contenders who will probably keep their players if they don't go up will be Ipswich, and they might lose a couple.
