Hello. Where are all you guys heading out to various airports then? Packed and ready. Sleepy. Have a good day, y'all.

Back at home, cup of tea in hand. The other two here are still asleep, so I'm enjoying the quiet for a while.
I see a day ahead of musical tomfoolary, nice.
I'd like more tea please.

Morning all. Open Day today - bah! The lady who normally organises it buys us lunch but Big Boss is doing it today and obviously couldn't be arsed.
Need coffee, my name badge and a shit eating grin for the next few hours. Wish me luck!
At least working today will enable me to take next Tuesday off to receive a plumber about a sink.
That'll be the fifth time we've had a plumber round for one thing or another and we only moved in last October!

I overslept by a good 45 minutes FFS. Late night though as Drew was out last night and didn't get in till 2330.
'Tis a lovely morning here in Ryde. I got a couple of hours gardening done last evening (hence sleeping as per the proverbial log - although how people know how deeply turds sleep I really don't understand).
Watched that Holland v Germany match last night - super game. Of the 22 starters exactly 11 had full international caps - Lewis Holtby of Germany and 10 of the Dutch. Classic game of 2 halves - Dutch were superb and were 2 up on 40 minutes. They are a cracking good side and I expect to see lots of 'em in the Prem next season. Germany upped their game after the break and scored from an early penalty. Rest of the half was ruined by the dullard commentator keep bleating about whether the keeper should've been red-carded for his trip on Holtby. The Ref gave a yellow - his decision, end of story, STFU you brainless tool! Anyhow, on 80 minutes Holtby scored an equaliser and pundit Hinchcliffe then delivered the kiss of death by suggesting Germany would go on to win the game. On cue, from a 90th minute corner Germany's zonal marking failed to pick up the Dutch sub Fer (that one who Everton reckoned would never make a footballer when he failed their fitness test) and he powered his header home for a late winner.
I will watch England v Norway later on but I'm not anticipating anything good - not from England anyway.
Saturday has become sausage bap day round here. More of the same here today.
Loving the Prog Rock. Camel were a fab band introduced by my mate Flubber who down the years must've spent £100,000s on hi-fi kit. This anthology is excellent.
Guess I'd better fire up the dishwasher or we'll be eating out of the dog bowls tonight.

Morning
Sat on the patio with a cup of tea. The sun is so bright that I am having difficulty reading the screen on my iPad.
Got some gardening to do in a bit.
Have Saints signed anyone yet then?

Hola sabados, bright but not quite sunny yet here..
By the time I'd worked late, picked up some drugs from the vets, gone shopping and made tea, there wasn't much time for out else but watching a couple of episodes of Duck Dynasty.. Rocknroll eh?
Today won't be much more exciting, mowing most of it then some other gardening if there's time... Will fire up the barbieq though; lamb chops the main attraction with self-imported jersey royal salad.. Tea and fishfingers with poached egg for now.. Enjoy yer Sat.

Morning pals.
Sounds like Jezza has a hip vet.
Youngest daughter is off to Sacramento for 8 weeks this morning to teach the young Yanks how to play soccerball.
Mrs R is off out on a course so I'm left to occupy myself for the day and I don't fancy gardening.

Morning, gorgeous here… And that's just me Rover, good luck to the young miss, I'm sure she will have a ball (pun intended) spending the summer in America, oh my goodness me the tales she will not tell you when she gets back Listening to some music this morning, going to go out and help a friend fit some mudflaps In a little while, won't that be fun? Just seen an article that indicates Johnny Foreigner was Bought with this season in mind as opposed to last one so he is raring to go and will be challenging for first-team position. I've decided I'm going to take my daughter and her friend to a preseason game so we shall see how He will look in Sts Adidas strip for ourselves (not to mention whether he's any good) BTW, yateleysaint , you have got to change your avatar man, it's getting confusing when people don't have their own picture thing!

Morning yo. Sunny out, sat in jardin with coffee, cigarette and iPad. The holy triumvirate of Saturday morning. Is it ok to wake one's family up with braai'd steak for breakfast which we didn't eat last night due to laziness and takeaway? They must be eaten as we're off to Forbes' later for, well, a barbecue.
I'm not sure I buy this 'Forren was only meant for next season' nonsense. I just think he was someone we had our eye on and we were pressured into buying him due to the Liverpool interest and the fact we couldn't get Astori. He came to us unfit and then suffered some injuries, so struggled to gain any sort of form or fitness.

She went last year too (to Chicago) and I suspect the stories were heavily vetted then as well!

I'm having a lovely day.
3 more sacks of garden waste to tip this morning. Then took a picnic up to Wroxall Down cos we dipped out on Thursday and dogs had a slice of their birthday cake. Bloody gorgeous day - the island is at its beautiful best in this sunshine.
Cricket looking interesting but football up next. Boo!
