Today the TUI has hit a new low with Chester and Stui. Chester has made a sick attack on the Dowler family and appears immune to the storm he has caused.
Stui is claiming that Nick has breached the Data Protectio Act by allowing him access to the TUI database. He is also offering to distribute info from that data base.
Surely if Nick has any form of brain he would get rid of those two from his site. Is it possible that those two postings could lead to police action.?

I saw Chessers post... Not sure whether to laugh or cry at it all... Laughable because he just doesn't understand what the fuss is. Cry, because it's sad that he seems to think the Dowlers shouldn't get some recompense for the intrusion and heartache they've had to endure.
As for Stuey... Well, if Nick has given him access to private information and is now blackmailing him, isn't that like back-stabbing? The same thing he has accused users of this board of? And yes, I agree. If Stu uses or posts that information for all to see, both he and Nick could be in a whole lot of trouble.

Regardless of whether it's just email addresses or not, I'd still rather it wasn't posted out for all to see. They could still land themselves in hot water. |

If you came across them in the street or had them as colleagues at work they would be treated for what they are. Just ignore them.

I can say from experience that Nick will not give out any private data.
This was born out when I had my little 'legal' run in with another poster a couple years back. I think you all know who that was.
My solicitor could not get anything from Nick, nor could the other sides solicitor.
It would have taken a court order, which neither side applied for.
None of my private information was divulged at any time by Nick.
The only way this individual got anything about me was through FB, and that was only prior to me and my family blocking him.
The only way I could serve an injunction was when the person stepped over the legal line, and it became a police matter.
They had their own ways of getting information, and even then it wasn't through TUI.. There was no need, as this character made no secret of his real name, and the local police were able to fill in the spaces for the court.

How did that all finish with the fishy one pat? Initially I was awarded an interim injunction, which enabled him to defend it after 6 weeks had elapsed. He tried that, but the injunction was confirmed and extended to a year. The court even considered confiscating his computer equipment, and told that if he reoffended they would without even returning to court. There was also a custody inclusion. The biggest thing to come out of that was we were able to look each other in the eye in court. He saw me and some of my family.. What surprised him was that some of my family lived very near him and knew him.... he has made no attempt to contact us since. |

Negative Nick's at it again on TUI. Complaining about poor attendance down to fans 'dissulusioned' with how the club is being run by Cortese.
I guess he has a point, every other club in the land is selling out for a midweek League Cup game.....
