You're right. Monday morning it is. (See what I didn't do there?)
Whilst the F1 championship was a bit of a one horse race the recent (and hopefully upcoming) GPs have been as tight as a nun's crack. Ferrari and McLaren are now capable of mixing it with the Red Bulls which makes for great racing. Really hope one of them doesn't come up with a huge advance during the winter and make next Spring's races processional. Would be brilliant to have 6 cars bang on the pace for a whole season.
Countryfile forecast for the week suggests it'll be largely dry here so a bit more outdoor pottering is likely. We've been planning to spend a day in the New Forest and may do that this week too. Problem for us Islanders is when we get on the mainland in a car, we piss off in all directions and miss the beauty just across the Solent. Took me ages to discover Hants, Dorset and Sussex! If I hadn't worked on the mainland I probably never would have.
Bit of Pergolesi on iPlayer this morning. Homous on toast with a scattering of paprika to give it some bite.
Hands off cocks and on with socks.

What if I've got a sock on my cock, am I allowed to keep my hands there? Morning catflaps, greyish out and its sodding Monday. Nice enough weekend though, with a couple of meals out. Probably will be the last for a while with the Mrs about to be unemployed. She has an interview this morning though, so fingers crossed that works out, or I'll be missing a lot of games and other jollies. Typically, my Saints mate who hasn't been to a game for some time just texted me to ask if I wanted to go to Reading with him... I agree, F1 races have been interesting this season; just a shame that none of the challengers managed to get their act together to make the season interesting. Marmitey toast with my coffee; Dunkelbunt

Hands off cocks and on with socks. G'day It's quite normal to get confused as to which day it is ;D The sign of a busy mind. Cloudy again over in Sussex(E) - apple juice collection (postponed from Friday), who says life is dull! Mini-disaster; Satdee night an urgent 'call me' text from the guy who looks after our place in Ibiza. Apparently the water feed to a dishwasher in the main house broke and a neighbour, down below us saw water running down the hill and got in touch. as well as the kitchen, living room getting flooded, it went through the floor into the apartment below. And, for the first time, we decided to let it out over the winter and the guy leasing it moves in on Thursday - fortunately he doesn't want to use the apartment. My passport is still in transit somewhere so I can't get out there - I'm sure the lawyers, insurers, caretaker can manage. A good weekend of sport on TV although I did nod off watching Notts Co V Hartlepool - League 1 matches are such rubbish GP was good and some desperate rugby at times. Tea needed Have a good day, y'all

Morning all. Cold and wet. Quite a decent day yesterday and we went into town for the agricultural show - cowshit all over the place and some nice locally produced food to buy (got some cheese, saucisson and some seasoned olives from a guy who came up from Provence). Long weekend with nothing Saints to discuss on here but there were one or two decent rugby matches to watch - shame the England game wasn't among them. Working now preparing some courses for next week.

'sup you bunch of mullets?
Big exams tomorrow, lots of final study/preparation and associated stress today. Not helped by no sleep for 24 hours yesterday.
No Saints = boring.

Morning you lot.
This international break thing is a pile of poo. I am suffering from Saints withdrawal symptoms.
I watched the replay of the Australia v South Africa quarter final, as I was watching the Japanese GP at the time. Bloody Norah, that was some intense match. No quarter given. How South Africa managed to lose I don't know.
Windy old start to the week. A tree came down on a road near us and managed to get a mention on R5L's traffic report this morning.
Off into Bath to pick up MrsC's new prescription sunglasses. A week too late for here though, but will come in handy in just over nine weeks time. After that it's off to Stourhead for a walk around the lake.
Back to work tomorrow.
