First barbecue of the season with some prawns I shall marinate in oil, garlic and hot pepper, followed by Salmon steaks that I shall also marinate is a light white wine, garlic, lemon, ginger kind of mix. Now, have I got some charcoal left over from last year? And, if so, will it light?
