Morning Scummers
Creditable draw for Alba shorn of 6 players (including Che) who were isolating after having met with a Blades player. Stu looked decent and had a hand in both goals. Surely he is worth a starting spot in that side at the Euros...
The Hospital has become my second home. Up there again for a seminar featuring the support staff involved in my operation. Think the orthopaedics Staff Nurse is running the show. BITD you'd meet the Anaesthetist, Occupational Therapy et al but apparently they now appear briefly on Zoom to do their bit. Will take a picnic to Gurnard and make a day of it.
There is a swan at Leeds Castle celebrating his 30th birthday today. Crikey!

So TAA looks like he's out. So will Gareth pick JWP or Lingard. Think it will be the latter but both should be in the squad.

Thursday indeed.
First dose of Pfizer yesterday, no adverse reaction at all. Saying that I did have anthrax vaccinations in 2003 so probably bomb proof!
First preseason friendly tonight for Nairn St Ninian, big push for top 4 this season as we are now part of the pyramid structure so Highland League is next step!

there was a time, back in the day, that admitting you had a dose meant something so very different

Thursday, crikey. It’s been quite a week. My dad died last Sunday, so the days since then have been a confusing blur. We took mum to Wareham, Corfe and Swanage today so she could have a trip down memory Lane to her childhood. We laughed for the first time in days.

Guess that is no surprise, Tone. Good that you can be there for your Mum as she starts to look forward too.
