I've only ever purchased one. The 2012 version as it was unsullied by blue.

I see our PM in waiting has said it should be changed back. Basically everyone in politics is saying it. It's the easiest piece of appeasement for anyone asked. I just think it's tragic that this is the sort of shite they're being asked to comment on. What a cartoon this country has become

If a US shirt had a stars and stripes in funky colours they would be rioting on the streets.

No it does seem the former global powers are all basket cases now. What I meant is our media really, it reduces things to the level of culture wars that a few care about rather than ignoring it to focus on real issues. The reason, well because most of the press is controlled by people who have a strong interest in keeping their mates in power and we wouldn't want to focus on real issues as it'll just shine a massive spotlight on their failures. All serious politicians must die a little inside every time they're asked to comment on shite like this, whether a woman can have a cock or a footballer should take a knee. It's all a distraction from the mess

They should have a rainbow Stars and Stripes taking the knee in logo form. The reaction to that would be fun to watch.

Seriously though it all so pointless- I don’t care one way or the other - apart from it’s an annoying piece of design - if you have a logo then it is supposed to convey the brand. God knows why it has caused such a fuss. Our future leader should have just have said there are more important things he is thinking about.
Mind you if he didn’t react the Gammons in the press and the British public would be yelling about him hating the flag.
We have been here before of course- Remember when all true patriots wanted the designers of the London 2012 Olympics logo hung drawn and quartered on Parliament green?

Really? Are there not more pressing things to get concerned about almost everywhere you turn? 2.) We just tend to go 'Tut, tut', and tomorrow everything is forgotten. The French would be burning things, and the Yanks would be shooting things.

This below he can't win. He's basically the last man carrying the baton into No. 10 through a minefield of angry gammonMind you if he didn’t react the Gammons in the press and the British public would be yelling about him hating the flag. Well, I for one think it’s absolutely marvellous that leaders on both sides of the political divide can unite on such a vital issue. Perhaps there’s hope for this country after all.
If they can sort out Waitrose cutting people’s weekly vouchers and maybe give all IBOers free pasties, maybe I can forget about the state of the economy, NHS and the general level of hatred.

Except that particular idiotic product of the gammon classes will never be forgotten by anyone. It's still the talk of Waitrose coffee shops up and down the land so I hear. It was the biggest topic of conversation from our European customers, suppliers, collaborators last week in London at our trade show - all bemoaning the difficulty they now have dealing with us as a UK company. It really is the gift that keeps giving isn't it. Still, blue passports for the morons so they're happy
