If I was a Buddhist like him I’d be a bit worried about the karmic implications of trying to cover my own arse like this.
The whole “Look everyone! Ross Stewart is back!” stuff that we are being fed now is clearly just a ruse to deflect attention from his failure to reach the standard required for promotion.
I’m rapidly reaching the conclusion that he’s as thick as shit and will believe any old bollocks without question, whether it’s eastern mysticism, vegan claptrap (only joking, Tone!) or tiki-taka.
He’s a middling Championship manager and that’s all he’ll ever be. feck nose what SR saw in him that no one else did. Maybe they were dazzled by the glare from his white trainers?
The sooner we can get shot of him and SR the better. He’s a fraud and so are they.

Isn't that just answering a question? I find it hard to get upset about something like that.
I do get upset about someone likening "vegan claptrap" to Eastern Mysticism though.

He's not entirely wrong. How many of us were saying pre season we'd be lucky and happy to make the play offs. The problem is, that run raised expectations and following it we are definitely seeing his limitations. I also think he's not as good as he says on the tin.
PS have you noticed how just about everyone these days says "is" twice after "the problem"? The problem is is... The question is is... 😕

I genuinely think he deserves some credit but he’s only delivered on expectations to this point. He’s probably delivered par. Leicester always had the best squad and that left us and Leeds. Who predicted Ipswich would creep up and pull Saints/Leeds shorts down, they deserve great credit, god knows how they turned those defeats into victory.
The test of his football is now…simply put the resources available to the four clubs in the play offs aren’t that different ( Leeds and Saints slightly ahead of WBA/Norwich), so now it comes down to the delivery of the coaching teams.
He simply has to prove himself against 2 coaches….deliver and he will deserve a lot of plaudits. Fail and he has failed.

Leeds are always beatable when Bamford doesn't start. Don't wish the guy ill but we could do without him playing if we meet Leeds again.
