This place looks vegan lesbian dolphin friendly. Perfect for my needs. I shall endeavour to be insightful and illuminating with my posts but very much doubt this will happen. I'm not from Hedge End.

Great, this is the official GM thread for today, you fit in already. I think we need to establish your position on badgers though. There is a strong line of thought amongst some on here, that they are mythical creatures, like unicorns. Good Morning then. Off to Cornwall for the weekend later. Will be keeping a weather eye open for the Millwall game. How many returnees will Nige play. Not to mention young Lee. Looking forward to the game on Tuesday, but then I was looking forward to last Monday's game as well. Right, shopping to do, but there is always time for another Have a good day.

I think hedgey's position is already amply illustrated... Oh, is this the good morning thread too? I'm not sure it is, I had a really bad night and feel like a strained poo today. Still, at least it's the weekend.. ..and there be footer to go to, albeit in the stinky taint of London. But first Friday to navigate... one of MrsJ's Jersey mates is coming over, so we'll be out tonight; probably just up the Argentinian near ours, which should be moorific. More coffee needed...

Morning and greetings new poster not from Hedge End
I'm from the realist camp - Darwin, Badgers, Celine Dion, etc. You'll find allsorts on here though.
Yesterday turned out OK after a grim start. Dogs got a walk on Ryde beach and Drew bought me lunch.
Watched Titanic (1953) in the afternoon - the one where Clifton Webb's character turns out not to be an arsehole and Robert Wagner's does. Upsettingly the latter is rescued. Always found this movie an interesting blend of fact and fiction relying on the Courts of Inquiry on both sides of the Atlantic for the factual content. The ship doesn't break up in this one but I put this down to piss-poor special effects rather than an effort to con the punters. We'll all be Titanicked-out during the next month - I kid you not!
In the greater scheme of things tomorrow's Cup Tie hardly gets the pulse racing, but - what we do not need now is another defeat. A solid, confidence building performance at the New Den is what is required and I just hope we have enough fit defenders to achieve that.
I'm writing addresses in my new address book today. How exciting is that?

Morning one and all -
Winter has struck in the North - I watched my next door neighbour fall and slide down our very steep road on her back this morning, from the warmth and relative safety of my kitchen, but have since gamely struggled in to the office.
A day of pitches beckons, so I have been practising my pensive face.
I reckon a comfortable win tomorrow - 2-0, I think - Will be interesting to see how the new chaps get on - although seeing that will rely on ITV's pretty horrendous highlights package.
I need to go listen to some music now, because I've got Ray Charles (the Chiddy Bang track, not the man himself) stuck in my head.
Laters.
*edit - we're having a fire drill!!! panic!!! Laughing at the health and safety dudes strutting up and down with their high-viz jackets and clipboards*

Morning all.
Must try to get on here more. Unfortunately, I don't have much time to post on here these days, due to work. When I do have time, my boss can see my screen, so I don't get any chances to read/post.
Have a good 'un!

Morning all, and a big welcome goes out to Hedgeender. I like the cut of your jib, not to mention your username. I think it is quite obvious where our new comrade stands on the subject of badgers. If he is hidden in a hedge, then quite obviously he is a badger himself. He has been sent down from the Big Fella to prove to Rags that badgers do in fact exist.

What Ho Newbies, Oldies and inbetweeners.
Sussex(E) has a lovely clear blue sky...as a consequence of which I now have a white lawn. However it's better than yesterday morning which is a big plus - I can now have a bonfire!!
I daresay living in the end of a hedge is better than living in the middle of it.
Must get on, I need tea and I have some external IBO business to be getting on with
Have a good day, y'all

Welcome to Hedgeender. A question...can you get vegan, lesbian dolphins? If yes, someone needs to tell Attenborough...that’s worth at least at one-hour special!
