Cannot understand why Tandanari Lee was not at least on the bench. That game cried out for him. Wonder if he got injured with that crunching tackle against Cardiff

I would expect to see him on Tuesday, especially as Billy Sharp can't play.

I forgot it was late kick-off and turned over to see everyone scrambling around looking cold and the score at 0-0 with a few minutes to go. It shouldn't have gone ahead but I reckon without the snow we might have done worse - pretty good point under the circumstances.

Wonder if he got injured with that crunching tackle against Cardiff Lee seems to have polarised opinion already. After Cardiff I heard two blokes arguing about him. One thought he was brilliant, the other, hopeless. Personally I don't think we'll see a lot of him for a while now Sharp has arrived. Talented, clearly, but very, very raw and possibly not yet strong enough.

I think that he has been bought with half an eye to the future. In what little I saw of him he seemed very direct and with not a little skill. I am not sure he has the ultimate pace, but neither has Lallana ....
I can remember other players in recent years who have impressed me as soon as I have seen them. Walcott, Bale, Chamberlain, Lambert, Fonte, Martin, Hooiveld and now Lee.
So far, so good.

Apart from Forte, who was clearly bought purely for his pace, all the players that Adkins has bought have been very good.
