I think it was Backwater and Spot who recommended him.
I've just read The Snowman and very good it was too. I hope no-one builds one on my drive.
A bit gruesome though so I'll wait a while before reading another one. I've just started In Siberia by Colin Thubron which seems a lot more relaxing.

Have just purchased the 1st four books in the series (Snowman is 5th I think) with some leftover book tokens.
Also just read The Ice Princess by Camilla Lackberg which I found a rather enjoyable read

Wasn't me re Nesbo but I think Backwater has read some. I'm on "The Troubled Man" - the final Wallander now - he's in his 60s and going apeshit. On the plus side he now has a house by the sea and a labrador called Jussi. I read "return of the Dancing Master" recently - one of Mankell's non-Wallander novels. Enjoyed it. The hero lived in Boras - their local team Elfsborg is captained by Anders Svensson. SFC FACT.
