FFS.
Was lying in bed listening to Talkshite earlier when some w@nker comes on saying West Ham can go 4 points clear with a game in hand by beating Southampton tonight. "In your dreams, shit-for-brains" says I, switching it off. Tonight is the night we reclaim our rightful position at the top of the league by thoroughly outplaying and embarassing Fat Sam's Hoofers.
Finally going to get rid of the vile pink curtains in our lounge today and hang the new, manly deep red ones I've acquired.
Come on you Reds!

Stroppy start to the morning! Can you blame me? I come on here well past 8am and have to start the GM thread myself FFS. Shocking performance by you lot. I hope our team show more spunk tonight.

Morning to all.
I'm feeling lucky again! Its the same feeling I had as I with the Birmingham game where my metal work football score barometer predicted points for the Saints. Heres hoping...

Morning chaps. Lots of snow forecast for today so I piled in the provisions yesterday and pulled up the drawbridge but awoke to find glorious sunshine on the beautiful blanket of snow that fell last week. Lovely day. Hoping for a great game and result tonight, hoping our style and swagger embarrasses Big Sam's sky ball. Now, I'm sure I had some work to do ...

Very excited about tonight, is anyone on here meeting up for a couple thirst quenchers before KO? Stevenage again today, little'un threw a wobbler at 5am so I'm a bit tired. Nearly did a good morning thread then and that would have been a stroppy one. For some reason I'm very confident about tonight, I think Chappers will start to add some bite to the midfield. Oh happy valentines day! X

Not sure what to feel about tonight, but just typing that has cause a flutter of apprehension in my chest. I just hope we play like we did on saturday. I'll be listening.
Feeling a bit down this week.

Good most-bile-inducing-day-of-the-year morning all,
Even the normally sensible BBC breakfast was in on the act, although at least they had the decency to promote Suzanna for the day.
Additionally it means I won't be able to listen in tonight, which is most drab. Hopefully that means it will be a succesful night in the Ham. It's not as if we're even going out, as we're trying to save money; but the Mrs has promised me "a nice rack" (her words, not IM™'s) as consolation.
Spose I'd better get on with some work...meh

'Morning dudes - happy Valentines Day etc.
Let's hear it for Zen's metalwerk football barometer - that kind of technology sure beats a psychic octopuss in my book!
Tonight we can show those Hammers how proper football should be played as we regain number one spot.
Snow has almost totally gone - hurrah!
have a good day, y'all

Good Morning.
What a day! The sense of anticipation is so thick, I cold cut it with a knife. However, like spot I am getting more than a little annoyed by the media going on, and on about West Ham FFS!
Work in the garden to do today. Got to be done before return to work tomorrow.

Morning all. It is half term so the roads are blissfully free from traffic. Lie-ins all week me thinks.
Hope we can carry on getting back on track tonight.

Morning
Today I will mostly be avoiding facebook as a bunch of showy tossers declare their love for each other for all of their friends and family to see... FFS what's wrong with just saying things face-to-face
Think we'll win tonight, probably being too optimistic but hey... Saw a funny interview with Fat Sam last night where they were asking him about the England job and he was actually answering as if they would actually consider him! The guy's deluded, I hope!
Went to the cinema to see Chronicle last night - Excellent film, would have been better if it didn't have the 'novelty' of the actors holding the cameras though and they just told a decent story and shot it properly

Valentines day sucks, luckily Mrs S couldn't give less of a monkey's about it, hence no bother going the match. I assume I miss our wedding anniversary at my peril. Colder at the minute than I was lead to believe, I fear a may be slightly under done on the clothes front, may need to visit TKMaxx at lunch and perchase some emergency knittwear.
