Great boozers in Sheffield. Went to a cracking one called The Riverside last time I was there. Great boozer. The Fat Cat and The Kelham Island round the corner are pound for pound the best boozers I’ve ever stepped (got) foot (hammmmered) in.

Yeah there are about eight great ale pubs round there if memory serves.

I'm on board. Blades are my L1 team of choice. Also, the drinks tray my team uses is inscribed with massive amounts of Blades graffiti courtesy of Cowboy back in the day. They can be your Championship club of choice next season because you're going to need one now we're not their anymore!

who could resist the red and white stripes? And owls, I ask you, they just keep you up all night with their hooting and shit... no-brainer Funnily enough, I was kept awake for a while last night by some randy owls flirting with each other. I bet they didn't give two hoots about depriving you of sleep. *gets coat.

The championship needs a ready made R&W striped replacement. COYBs! Especially as, rather disappointingly, Stoke didn't get relegated. Blade for the day.

The Blades were my team when I lived in Sheffield: Alan Woodward Tony Currie Trevor Hockey Stewart Scullion Bill Dearden, etc
When I went up to Uni in 1971, Blades were sat top of the old 1st Division. Didn't last long but they were very good to watch.
Here's hoping Wycombe can find a result Saturday.

Think he was the club captain back then. Centre back?
