There's certainly some valid points in the article... ..although trying to argue sex discrimination with a bouncer about getting into a bar might be a little on the tricky side.

Being a bloke in a female-dominated industry has its advantages- good chance of promotion when your line manager gets up the duff (perhaps I should just go around impregnating teachers?), the only game in town if any fit TAs appear on the scene, ALWAYS in a job if you're any good- but there are plenty of people (male and female) in education who will try to give you a hard time just for being a man.

It's about men feeling that their 'natural' place at the top having been taken away and not being able to handle it. Real men aren't threatened by women at all.

Slightly off topic but you know what I hate - when I hold a door open for a lady and she scoffs and looks at me like I’m an absolute dog shit. This is not fly. For the record I hold the door open for anyone who happens to be behind me, not just bitches.

No I didn't write the book on love But I try my best to read it everyday To learn the way to a good girls heart By being a gentleman
