I feel sorry for Butterfield who seems to have been one of more consistent players this year.
Permutations: If Walsall win today Plymouth are down. They will not, therefore, be fighting for survival on Monday. If Bristol and D&R lose, Walsall will be safe before they come to SMS. Would we rather have teams fighting for their lives or playing for nowt? Hmmm. Let's win this one first though, eh? Each came as it comes.

Also, watch out Harding. Brentford use the wings.

Actually, I got that wrong. The Saints Player is already marking one point to each team for today's current status (draw). So, if Walsall win, they will be on 48 - the most Plymouth can get with similar GD.

Also, watch out Harding. Brentford use the wings. Hmm...well hopefully the fact we're fielding the strongest attack available (assuming delicate Dave and Lala survive) may help take some pressure off the defence...

Can I take this opportunity to apologise in advance if it all goes horribly wrong today?
I haven't listened to Saints Player all season because I'm convinced it's bad luck but today I've made an exception. If Saints lose then we'll know why.
Schlupp has scored four in four apparently. I don't like the sound of him. I've also heard that Sam Wood is good going down the left. Hopefully Richardson can keep him under wraps.
PS. Huddersfield are one up at Brighton. Thanks a bunch Seagulls.

Anybody know if Brighton have picked their strongest team?

You beat BBC Sport by nearly 5 minutes in reporting that goal. Thanks

Does anyone else feel a pang of nerves whenever they hear Dave Merrington's voice or is just me?
