1. Blackcurrant Cheesecake
2. Strawberry and Raspberry Pavlova
3. Treacle Sponge and Custard.

For some reason I do not know, I don't eat puddings any more. But when I did I was partial to a nice sherry trifle. Lemon meringue pie. Pineapple crunch.

I know what you mean, I don't tend to...it's probably cos I do the cooking, and I can't be bothered*. In a restaurant, I'd tend to go for a starter and main instead if I were having 2 courses. I'd probably say: 1 Rasberry Pavlova (pref' Tart-gella's chocolate meringue version, thanks) 2 Rasberry Cheescake 3 In a restaurant: Chocolate Fondant (from watching Masterchef and seeing how difficult they are), pref' with a Rasberry coulis, if I may. * wierdly, last weekend my mate served me a lemon version of a key-lime pie, which was the exact last pudding I made (prob 6 months ago), what's the chances of that?!

She's more of the Scandinavian variety when it comes to sharing out the work around the house. *looks through the small print in the trades description act*

I have a doggybag of bread n butter pudding from Sunday lunch (due to me being tom) which I'll be having for dinner... I know what you mean, but "real" puddings are rarely edible from a capacity point of view at the end of a meal, IMO...(at least not now more years are, quite literally, under my belt).

There used to be a famous ice cream parlour called Joe's in Swansea near where my granny lived. They did a strawberry marshmallow ice cream that tasted like heaven itself to a ten-year-old.
Other than that...
New York cheesecake
Apple pie and custard.
