Oi oi everyone
Thoroughly enjoyed the game last night. Nice to be in such control of a game and be able to ease up towards the end, especially with so many games to get through this month. Our foootball was superb at times last night and even when we weren't pouring forward we were still very much in control. It's great to have Conolly back and you can see his class, it could be like having a new striker for the run in. You can feel the belief growing among the fans and the players now. Have a good day everyone

good morning all. Done the business last night, and put pressure on Hudds, and Posh in time for their game against each other this weekend, whoever loses that one is gone IMO. And, if they drew, both of them are behind the eight ball. Our games against Orient, Rochdale, and Brighton are going to be monumental. We need a fit Lallana. We need Chaplow to rediscover his earlier form now it seems Stephens has picked up a nasty ankle injury.

Morning fellow Doobry-firkles.
I thought there were some excellent individual performances last night which made it a comfortable evening. Having seen us at Charlton 2 weeks ago, i had no doubt we would cruise past them. For me, a special mention should go to Radhi. He has really stepped up to the plate these last few weeks, and again last night he was monumental in his awesomeness. And a superb performance from Dicko (said in a Jimmy Corkhill accent).
Interesting to read mixed comments about Rickie; some people seem to think he was distinctly average last night, whereas others saw something so much more in his performance. Personally, i thought he made Sheringham look like a poor man's Sheringham. His clever (if slightly slow) movement created space for others all evening, while his touch which has deserted him at times this season was spot on with foot, head, chest and even shoulder. And his passing was incisive and of the highest quality. The only thing missing was a goal.
Before McDons, i was thinking that the next two games are the most important of the season. Now we are through those with 6 points in the bag, i think the next two are the most important. 4 (or even 6) points from these away games and we will firmly be in the driving seat. And then 9 of the 18 points available to us from there will be at home.
I fear too much time over the next month or so will be spent studying the league table and the form book.

I think it was a really good result last night as Saints always seem to have trouble against Charlton.
A win against Orient on Saturday could make all the difference if Posh and Huddersfield draw.
I'm glad Saints have a superior goal difference as it could be tight.
I hope Stephens and Lallana get fit quickly as they could be important players for the run in.
Why did Adkins keep Guly but drop Harding and Butterfield? Whatever the reasoning, it appeared to work. We might need Butterfield in midfield at this rate anyway.

Morning chaps.
Great result, and a small wager on 2-0 and Barnard to score the last goal netted me a cool £17.50. Kerching!
I too am obsessing about the form table and doing my predictions. We are going up in second FACT.
Peace out.

Yateley, you are kidding aren't you? Amazing how much pressure you can put on a team when you play proper full backs. Butterfield didn't do a lot wrong at RB but isn't Richardson, Harding wouldn't even get in a Sunday side.
Lambert's allround game has been superb since Christmas/New Year. He knows that people will be marking him tight so he's happy to go walkabout, hold the ball up, use it wisely and, having drawn defenders out of their space, allow Barnard/Guly/Chaplow/Hammond/Lallana etc. to take that space and create chances.

So, a bit of a stroll last night, which surprised me a bit, but it was good to see us play like we did. I like the look of Stephens, I hope his injury isn't as bad as it looked last night.
A leisurely morning so far, now I'm sat here with a cup of tea while listening to Pink Turds In Space, how very civilised.

Morning all.
Thought we did everything we had to yesterday. Didn't really give Charlton a sniff and seemed to play well within ourselves.
That said i thought Kelvin was very good. Swept up superbly in the first half something i don't think he does well enough. The full backs added pace and didn't seem to put a foot wrong.

G'day Coup Victims
Sussex(E) is nice n'sunny - have already been out and about for a visit to the GP for a review. A new course of anti-biotics to take to clear up a post-op inflammation - which is why I wasn't feeling too perky.
A good result last night - it looks like there'll be good backing for the team on Satdee.
Why do Stu and Del insist that t'interweb is a thingy of no great importance but then seem to take it so seriously as to want to control bits of it? It beats me - I'm sure there is something in their childhood that accounts for it.
Not much of anything so far ...had better get to it.
Have a good day, y'all

Morning all. We beat Charlton. That never happens. I'm with Mr Adkins, just chipping away one game at a time.
My hayfever is extremely annoying this morning.

Good morning cowering infidels, bright and sunny in Surrey; and I'm the boss today apparently, the crazy fools! Just had physio, most interesting. The feller is also physio for the Spurs yoof..so firstly he was bemoaning last night's result (ha ha). Apparently he is off down to Southampton today as they're playing our yoof, he thinks that we'll batter them. Interesting to hear his views on why players like Lala just can't make it through at higher level - they just don't get the time on the ball to refine their skills on the pitch and get pushed out by natural selection. Also amusing to hear his tale of when he went down to P**pey when pissflaps was there - the coont had blown all their cash, so him and the other Spurs physios had to look after the P**pey yoof players as well because the blue few only had one physio in the whole club! ;D So all skills on toast last night then; I only got home at 7, so it was SSN and Paul Moron for me. Everything crossed that Lala is fit for Sat, or I'll be most nonplussed, still everything setting up nicely for the run in, now they just have to execute. Gave our mate from Bradford my leftover curries from the weekend, and he said they were spot on. Feeling quite smug about that, they're picky about curry up Bradford. Fake shreddies with my coffee, Dub Pistols again to go with the sun...

Morning my little spring lambs
Tis a glorious day here on the East Coast. I'm off to the gym in a bit, a snooze then back to work tonight.
Great result then, and keeping the future firmly in our hands for the timebeing. Would you settle for a draw at Orient? I'm not sure I would, but then it is a hard place to go and get a result. We can't really afford slip ups now though. FOCUS!!!
